1. Purpose
KanKan Deal is a free connection platform between individuals in Cameroon. It allows posting and browsing housing listings (to rent or buy), and sending personalized housing requests.
2. Access and registration
Browsing the catalogue is open to all. Posting listings requires an account created with a phone number. Sending a housing request does not require an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information.
3. Free of charge
KanKan Deal is entirely free for individuals. No commission is charged on transactions.
4. Prohibited content
The following are prohibited: fraudulent or misleading listings, stolen goods, unlawful or offensive content. KanKan Deal reserves the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these rules.
5. Liability
KanKan Deal is not a party to transactions between users and cannot be held liable for disputes, the quality of goods, or payments made outside the platform.
6. Personal data
Data collected (phone number, display name) is used solely for the operation of the service. It is not sold to third parties.
